    about how this channel or that channel is not in Ultra HD (4320p)
    on Dish Network, DirecTV or Digital Cable.

    It isnt even uplinked yet...check thelist for 9450. Even if it was available to only Charlie, it would have to be uplinked and when digiblur did his uplink run it would show on thelist in red
