Dish Network taking forever

What is up with this Dish Network Website.
How many weeks can we expect this to be tied up.
What is the problem?
You can pay you bill of course.
But Programming changes forget it.
Lets go. And while they are at it maybe they can drop that bogus $5 downgrade fee along with the other bogus 1 time in 12 months online only program removel. Com'on!

I've found that calling voice works just fine for making adjustments to programming. In more than a few cases, it is required.

I'm sure calling and the chats work just fine, But Million dollar satellite company should atleast have a fully functional website after a week of being handicapped.

I have a feeling they are making a lot of behind the scenes changes for the big CES announcements and new pricing scheme that will be announced.
