    Is this signal level right?

    ADVERTS 1
I hooked up my 129 LNB today on my 1000+ dish. I never used it before as I was using 61.5 on a wing dish. I have always used 110/119 on the 1000+. My signal level on 129 is 45-50 range. on 110/119 its 80-85. Is that normal for 129 in my part of the country? I am in Charlotte, NC.

It varies alot depending on the TR

    TR 1 30
    TR 5 61
    TR 7 50
    TR 17 51
    TR21 69

Well I'm in Gastonia and my numbers are around that. BTW, the lower signals are the spotbeams, they're going be lower since they're not for our locals.

TP1 is a spotbeam and the closest city for you would be Raleigh/Durham so that is why that TP shows low

My locals seems to be on TR 7 signal level 50

My locals on 61.5 I believe are on Spot 11 signal level 80

I guess the lower elevation really drops the levels.

So I am a bit low. Dish may have been peaked for 110/119 since that was all that was hooked up at first.

maybe the skew and elevation settings on your 1000+ need to be adjusted.
this site should have all your settings

System did an interesting thing today. Yesterday after adding the 129 LNB all my HD channels were being picked up from 129 and it was for the most part ignoring my 61.5 LNB. Today it has switched to using 61.5 for all channels that are on both LNBs, and is only using 129 for those channels that are on 129 only.
