Or another question: why are HBO2P and MOMAX not in HD when all the other HBO and Cinemax channels are in HD?

Chicken and the Egg? If there were more subs to these packs, Dish would probably carry more of the channels.
It is all deals they make with the providers.

Very true,i used to think having a huge variety of premiums would be great,but they all show the same old sh@t.
