$99 charge. Who to contact at Dish?

I had the Eastern Arc Dish installed. I have the $6.00 service plan. I still have two dish 500s one for 61.5 and one for 110 and 119. I need them for the the 501 receiver I have. I have HD, Platinum plans for a monthly charge of $10.00 plus Americas Everything Pack with Playboy and locals for a monthly charge of $106.99 When the installer came for the Eastern Arc Dish installation he called the installer number of Dish to ask the price of installation along with some other questions he had. He then told me it would cost $15.00. Now there is a charge of $99 on the bill for "2ND Dish Pro install"

What is the most effective way to get this charge downgraded to $15.00?

Call DISH up and explain to them that you were told $15 because you have the service plan. They should take care of you.

If not email ceo@echostar.com and Matt or one of the other guys will take care of you.

I had that happen when I got my 1000+ installed. Except mine was $199.95 After I sh** a brick I went to online chat and they took care of it . Took about 3 business days, I suspect a credit that big has to be approved.
