Tech Training
ADVERTS 1
Hello everyone
I realize this may be a random question but I'm being pretty serious about it. I'm looking at getting a technician job at one of the major providers/telcos in my area and I'm just wondering about their training and what goes on.
Does anyone have any insight into Dish, DIRECTV, ATT&T, Qwest or Comcast's training program for techs? I'd like to know what's in store for me
Thanks guys, your help is greatly appreciated

I know the job is going to be hard, but it's looking to be one of my only viable options left.

Oh, I didn't realize that. It's not letting me in however, says I don't have the permission to get into it.

I worked at multiple telco's. First step is getting hired. Once you get hired, they do class room training for about 2 weeks to a month and then field training where you do a ride a long and shadow the tech. He'll have you do a little stuff here and there until you can do more. If you have any questions feel free to pm me. I've done it all (phone, internet, ca tv, sat)
