For some reason I'm still getting all the platinum channels. I went online yesterday to pay my bill and it still shows platinum 12 Mo on my account. I notice I'm getting a banner at the bottom of the screen when I go to the starz channels to call them for a programming offer. When I called I was told that I couldnt get the offer becuase I was already subscribed to starz.
