Locals only with Dsh

Can you still just get locals only package or do they require something more?. I used to have a locals only account but dropped it a couple of years ago.

I think today you would need the Welcome Pak for $15.

Locals only package was removed from our line-up. The lowest package you can have on an account is the Welcome Pack which will include locals for $14.99 a month. You can view the channels included
