Guide info wrong?

The other nite I set some timers on NGHD, some Airline emergency shows, and when I went to watch, they were different episodes than in the guide, one recording was completly differnt show. Then today flippin' channels, MT2 showed a few pimp my rides in a row. Watched one, but the 2nd was some skater show or something.
What's wrong with the guide info?
