Oh, joy... This exited me so much, I nearly wet my pants with joy...

I got an email from Dish this afternoon wanting my feedback... (And I gave it to them as well....) Heres what they wanted to know:

Here's the kicker: I ordered this waaaaay back in Feb. when the 622 came out, they were supposed to install the 622, 61.5 dish, and an OTA... Well the installer didnt know anything about it, nor did his company, nor did the arabs that answered the phone... (CEO got the order put in for me) So the guy cancelled the order and I went to Best Buy and bought a $150 Terk... ALMOST 10 MONTHS AGO!!!!!

I left them a pleasant answer on the feedback form on the survey
