I am new to satellite guys as well as to dishnet. I have a dp301-10. I got it a week ago and it was all set up for me to plug it in and watch which means I am jeepers eliterate as well. I do not have a jtag, however I was given the box keys and told I do not need one with the lock that is on the receiver.

Everything was working fine the last week when I had a power failure last night. This morning my receivers power will not stay on. I unplugged it for several minutes and when I plugged it back in, the power light comes on for a second and then turns off.

Can anyone help this lost soul in the world of satellites
