Their idea of a guide really sucks worse than the Cable TV version of the channel.
Just my opinion.

So how exactly is this really an "addition" when one considers that all DBS systems have their own built-in guide? What added value is this channel supposed to bring to the consumer?
What a waste.DirecTV HR22, H21, H23, HR20, Sanyo PLV-Z 119", Acer H5360 106", Samsung PN51D450 51", Insignia NS-51P680A12 51", Onkyo TX-NR708, Onkyo HT-R550, Sony BDP-S570, Sony PS3 (x2), D-Link Gigabit Network, ViaTalk Unlimited Everything VoIP ($13/mo)

Talk about a useless waste of bandwidth.
If you consider a barker about soccer, PPV and HD a guide, then call it what it really is. A joke.
Usually a TV guide channel lists what is actually on every channel.
If I want to know whats on PPV, I'll watch 103 or 500
If I want to know what sports is on - Then 139 or 450
Anything else I can see on 101.
Someone kissed up to get this to fly and it wasn't any of the subscribers.
It needs to be put out of our misery and FAST!
Kill it charlie!

This channel has no purpose to ANY sane subscriber the way it is now. There is no channel information available hardly at all. It is mostly advertisements. You might as well call it another shopping channel.

Ummm. You guys know this is due to the agreement with Gemstar, right? The same agreement that will finally bring name-based recording, OTA program guide, and enhanced EPG info.
I can put up with one crap channel in exchange for all of that good stuff.FYI:
-It's "couldn't care less", not "could care less".
-It's "would've", "should've", and "could've", not "would of", "should of", and "could of".
-It's "voila!", not "walla!" (That's right. You've been speaking French all this time.)
-The first word in each sentence should be capitalized.
-A period goes at the end of each sentence.
-Commas are also a good idea, on occasion.

Yeah, its a non issue for me.
It did list Dish "Whats on in HD now" and it was ahead by an hour.
