DBSOgre a longtime member of the DBS communitys has put together very good lists of both HD locals not available and HD Channels not currently being offered by Dishnetwork, here are links to the threads containing these lists... And TNGTony & BobaBird's Versions at the EKB
For SD locals: Dish Locals in 178 cities (TNGTony)
For HD locals: EKB: Dish HD Locals (BobaBird)
