Dish isn't even really going after the 97 million.

They are going after the 9 Million from the 3 main people involved. The assets of the company, and to keep the 3 from Freetech from starting up another company.

The 97 million dollar judgment is the hammer IF the people behind Freetech do not follow the settlement terms.
