ESPN2 HD Video Breakup

I tried watching the ATP finals but there is too much video breakup. Sound is fine. Watching on 129. Anyone else?

129 cut out just now on KMSP FOX 9 in Minnesota.

I noticed the issues on ESPN2 during their Fantasy Football show, but I haven't seen a problem on Fox 9 yet.

I keep channel flipping between CBS and Fox with Red Zone on the PIP. IMHO the best way to watch Sunday football, until I connect my HTPC and use my TV's PIP to view all 3 channels at once.
