polarity problem, what is it?

I'm new with dish install.
I'm trying to install dish network myself at the new house.
I have dish pro dish, dp34 switch and 311 receiver.
this setup was working fine in the old house.
I connected everything, when I run switch test, I'm not getting polarity, I get 3 connections to lnbs, but no polarity.
What does it mean? no signal from satellites? or still bad connections. From dp34 cable runs directly to receiver.
thanks an advance.

right CONN means you are connected correctly and your system is recognizing all the equipment but not getting signal
