My personal theory on the uplinks is as follows:
Dish must be rolling around laughing ...
They must be thinking ... "Hey ... poked around at SatelliteGuys today ... they are really itching for the Chiller channel ... in our next uplink ... lets add a channel with a channel name close to Chiller. Lets see how much those guys over there squirm ... "
Or they could be thinking ... "Hmmm ... looking at SatelliteGuys today, read that some folks are leaving because they have to have SciFi in HD. Lets uplink the channel for now so we put the carrot out there and maybe stop a few from leaving ..."
Either way ... I am just as much a sucker as the rest of you

It's not like we are begging for a Massive HD update. I think most of us would be happy with just a few National HD channels to look forward to watching tonight.
It has been quite a while for us. While constantly hearing about D* getting several new channels each month.

- 03-26-2008 12:54 PM #16and alsoParanoia is a term used by mental health specialists to describe suspiciousness (or mistrust) that is either highly exaggerated or not warranted at all.
Paranoia is an unfounded or exaggerated distrust of others, sometimes reaching delusional proportions. Paranoid individuals constantly suspect the motives of those around them, and believe that certain individuals, or people in general, are "out to get them."In San Francisco Bay ! - Louis Vuitton Cup: 04 July – 1 September 2013 ; America’s Cup Match (Finals): 7-22 September 2013
