Looks to me like they are trying to see how many SD signals they can cram onto one MPEG4 transponder.

You are probably right. Whatever they come up with, add three, that's what they will do when it comes down to actual channels for the viewer

seen 16 MPEG2 channels on there a few months ago and almost a year ago they had 19 MPEG4 SD channels on a different TPUniversity of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs mens hockey team
