    If it does not say locked then just count that as a zero. Its LNB bleed over and/or switch bleed.

    Yep, perfectly normal. I assume the receiver is looking for a LNB with bad drift and happens to find another signal, but since it doesn't match up correctly, it still shows the signal but puts the not locked message.

    Boy transponder 17 & 19 are the weakest of the bunch on the 61.5 sat , no matter what setup , dish you use.
