So whats with the musical chairs on E11? Looks like TP 19 is getting close to being emptied again. Only Fuel, NHL, and 2 other channels in the 800 range.

Tp 19 is being cleared, and changed from QPSK to 8PSK. I'd say they're making room for more HD.
EDIT: It's back to QPSK in the 4:19 report with some SD channels being moved to it. Nice theory while it lasted.Charles
