    you mean nobody reports changes or DN is really off, I was thinking the changes are automatic, it does not matter if it's holiday or not

    They are likely in a holiday lockdown. A lot of companies institute lockdowns over this period. The idea is to eliminate the potential of introducing an issue when teams are short staffed.

    Break/fix is still allowed but not new function.
