KINGS: Dish Network, Comcast SportsNet California Reach Carriage Agreement

This is good news. The part I am interested in: "The companies also agreed to terminate all pending arbitration proceedings at the Federal Communications Commission." Does that mean that CSN Chicago will not be pulled from Dish at all? I know that there was arbitration pending for CSN Chicago.
