Seriously though I have never seen those channels in the 6293-6299 block. are they supposed to be available to DC market subs? I will asume they are just 'hidden" for now and may someday appear---though I susspect not.

There's a county in PA that's technically in the DC market, but Harrisburg is Significantly Viewed...
