Another programming dispute here? Not that I believe there's a popular clamor out there for Dish to carry this network....

Not sure. I checked 259 and it is showing the same as 185 hallmark channel

My uncle sometimes watches INSP. Not pleased. After Hallmark is over it will be replaced with a stupid Important News Press Info with a slate and some really cruddy Muzak channel playing in the background.
