Wow, locals on three satellites at once, on 129, 77 and 61.5. I don't understand why they have SD locals on 61.5 along with HD locals since they are both MPEG-4.

If the locals are on 61.5 or 77 if they are in HD there is no SD counterpart. Western arc there is as folks still have SD setups
so as example in Minneapolis with EA you get The Big 4, PBS and My in HD. The others (CW, Indy, 2 other PBS) in MPEG4 SD all on 61.5
