More DTV lawsuit info

Local TV station taking interest in DTV lawsuit here in Washington state. "Jesse" is a consumer advocate that helps people in similar situations. I can't believe DTVs business practices.

DIRECTV had a bad year last year with customer service and thus got a lot of bad PR from it.
Let's hope they turn things around in 2010.Scott
