yes, STDog, it looks like I got it but won't be back home until December 1 to see what happened, It downloaded the day AFTER I left if you can believe it. I have become so spoiled with NBR on my 622 that I have almost quit recording on the 510 because they move programs around do often and with NBR it finds them anytime any day. We travel a lot and I hate to come home and find shows missed. I do want NBR but on the other hand I've had the 510 for two years and it has never hiccuped once so I hope the new software is as good.

So the range for 4.01 was extended yesterday to cover me, and this morning I got the notice it was available.
Guess I'll be busy next week (at least I have the week off) transferring all my recordings to DVD before the update.
On to the adventure of NBR...

There was update from 118P to 119P for QAM receivers 3750 between 11/22 and 12/02.

Saw it at the Tech. Portal but don't have it in my logs. I double checked all the logs for the last two weeks.
11/28/2007: 1005 Software Version 1.19P for 3750
Effective Thursday, November 29th, Engineering has spooled the FULL PHASE of software version 1.19P for the 3750 receiver. This is primarily a non-forced maintenance release available at ALL satellite locations.
At this time 1.19P will be the valid software version for the 3750.
BTW, looks like tomorrow will be busy.
12/03/2007: 1529 Software Version P4.01 for 501/508/510 DVR
Effective Tuesday, December 4th, Engineering plans to spool a PARTIAL PHASE of software version L4.01 for the 501/508/510 DVR receiver. This is primarily a non-forced maintenance release available at ALL satellite locations.
At this time P3.69 and P4.01 will be the valid software versions for the 501/508/510 DVR.
12/03/2007: 1529 Software Version L4.48 for ViP 622 DVR
