Is there a way to force download the "promotional" videos?

I remember when I first activated my ViP622 when it was new, it recorded a couple of "promotional" videos including one about how to use the DVR.
My inlaws, who could definitely use something like that to explain how it works, got a ViP722 a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure exactly why, but it never recieved those recordings. Maybe it had to do with a couple of front-panel resets the tech did trying to get around the phone line check (when I already had a phone line connected but he didn't notice).
Is there any known way on an already activated receiver to force it to download these?

I know what your talking about, that is a really good question you ask... the only times I've ever see them download is when the reciever was finished installing the production code (I think that's the term for the software downloaded initially).
