can't get signal on 129

I'm new to this stuff so hope this makes sense. I have a dishpro 1000 dish and a VIP 722 receiver with only a signal of 55 on 110 and 119 and 0 on 129. I just got my satalite about 2 months ago and was suppose to be getting HD channels but can only get about 3 or 4. There is only 1 wire coming from the dish not sure if there is suppose to 2 or not (the installer was in a hurry lol) Should I call dish network and tell them to send someone out to fix this the way it should have been the first time or can I get the signal from lmb 129 myself.

You are still under the 90 day warranty. Get them back out there.

You have either a bad LNB, a poorly pointed Dish (most likely), or no Line of Sight for the 129. By your description, I would bet money that the skew on your Dish is not set correctly.
In any of the 3 cases, let Dish fix it since you are under warranty still.

We can give you the settings for the dish to look at them.
I would though, call and get dish back out there.FTA---> OpenBox S10, Icon S550, Coolsat 5000 Platinum and a couple others not hooked up....8' for C-band and Ku with DMX741U 72W to 131W...36" Ku fixed at AMC-21

The settings are meaningless if the mount is not plumb/level.

Thanks for the help, I adjusted the skew and then the elevation and got it working. Signal on 110 and 119 went from 55 to 84 and 129 went from 0 to 46. Thanks again for the help
