Thread: 722K-L655 Software

The Executive Resolution Team shipped me a replacement 722k. So far I haven't had any freezes, but it only recorded five minutes of my wife's soap opera yesterday. She wasn't happy about that.

Ours just started doing this yesterday or the day before. Can't remember for sure. I'm going to check the software version when I get home tonight and call tech support. I've tried unplugging it for an extended amount of time (~1 hour) to no avail. I'm also going to try plugging directly into wall outlet. Currently it is going through a UPS.

Any other suggestions?
