When setting up dish network's 1000.4, which satellite do you start with, 61.5, 72.7, or 77?

The manual says you use the 2nd sat port on the lnb for 72.7 sat ,using transponder 19 or 21 to peak for maxium signal strength.

General rule: get the middle LNB aligned because that is most sensitive to the elevation with the least sensitivity to the skew. Adjust the azimuth for best signal.
Then trim (small adjust) the elevation to increase the outer LNB signals.
A slight adjustment to the skew can improve the relative equality of the outer LNBs if way different.
Repeat once or so.
All this with an RG-59 or RG-6 cable back to a small TV near the antenna from the receiver's RF output. Otherwise, get the sound out to you for a crude tuning and have someone watch the meter and call out the level changes--much more time lag and patience required. I guess I'm lucky I can see the set (with some rotation) from the dishes.
