I'm having the same problem, I get channel 402 but not channel 9508. It's probably an authorization problem and it's a pain to have them fix it. Contacting Tech Support over the phone might be your only chance.

I had an odd problem like this a week ago, where the 722K was telling me I was not authorized to view a channel that I should have been. I had to run a check switch and when the guide data downloaded, it fixed it.
Please remember "Lose" implies 'Loss', "Loose" does not.
