Thread: I am getting 002 Error.

I started getting 002 errors on dish. I even get them when I watched recorded shows and I get them for all the satellites. I am pointing to 110, 119 and 129. I check the switch and everything shown as OK, I check the signal on the transponder in the error message and it stays constant. I did couple of resets, but that did not help. I have a 722 and 622 receivers. The error displays on 722 receiver and not on 622.

Any ideas what i should do?

well I would probably check the dish web site or do a forum search here. If that didn't work you can always call dish!

check signal on both tuners, then swap the rcvrs

The error numbers mean nothing most of the time. It could be anything. You need a tech out.
