    Eastern Arc Question...

    I am thinking of switching to Eastern Arc because of LOS issues with 110 and 119...Tree has grown and cutting is not an option.....I have a 722 and will be upgrading a 311 to a 211k.....How do I go about getting the new card for the 722?.....and will the Eastern Arc work with a DPP44 switch that I have know?....Thanks

    If you are currently using your 722 you don't need a new card, you already have it.
    The 1000.4 dish has the switch built in, you won't need the DPP44.

    the dpp44 is the only switch that will work for the 1000.4 lnb but the lnb is also capable of running 3 receivers anything over that you need the switch the smart card has nothing to do with what orbitals you are pointing at

    When you call to upgrade, they will see existing equip. on the account. Ask the CSR if it is compatible. It should be.

    Are your locals on EA? Telling us where you kive will help us w/knowing what can work for you best. It might be nest to have dish relocated when they put in the 211k.

    Locals should not matter since he doesn't have 110/119 anymore anyways. Sounds like it is EA or nothing.

    It matters if they are on 129 but not on 61.5, 72.7, or 77.
