Question about DVR My Recordings History

Hi! Sorry if I am posting in the wrong place, I'm new to this
Anyways, could anyone help me out with this?
I am viewing my DVR History, and as I scroll through this I see all of the shows I have recorded, however there are two that are blank and say nothing. It says TV1 User Delete at 3:03am on 11/19 and then there is one for the 14th also for the same time. I know I am not up that early, and I don't think anyone else in my home is. I am not able to view what was deleted because there is a lock symbol on it.
Does this mean someone is locking something they do not want me to view? Or is there any other explanation? Also, is there anyway I can unlock the code to view what it is? Thanks so much for you help!
PS. When I go to Timer History it is deleted up to the 20th, so I cannot see what was timed. HELP!

My 722K produced a couple phantom locked events, i decided it was likely a bug and ignored it. espically since it occured at the time the box is supposed to go into sleep mode
