622 gets loud at 3 am

At 3 am every morning, my 622 goes into what I guess is it's "daily download" for program guide/software updates and stuff. This is no big deal, I read about it on other forums on this site. The weird thing is this, the fan that comes on is really loud. In fact, sometimes it actually wakes me up. Is this common? should I complain? would a new receiver have the same issues? I'm just wondering if you guys out there have had the same experience with the 622. Thanks guys.

Just change the download time to sometime that you are at work. Menu, 6, 8, 4.

I set mine to 6 AM and use it in place of an alarm clock.

The loud fan is normal, the fan spins at maximum speed at bootup, until the temperature sensors come online and tell it to slow down.
