Using Trilithic XFTP Sat Lite

Anyone here using the Trilithic XFTP Sat Lite meter with any success on the 110deg. Echostar10 or 129deg. Ciel2. I just cant get the meter to work with those signals. 119deg. Echostar7 is working ok. Any help would be VERY appreciated!
