There was a recent thread where a sling user couldn't get it working until dish tech support "swapped" which receiver was listed prime and which was listed secondary in his account file. Perhaps when the customer accounts data base was designed nobody thought there any reason which equipment was listed where. Then sling made it important that when a customers DRA app accessed a user file it had direct which receiver was sling enabled.

This makes me believe issues like yours can get cleared with a very sharp tech support tech. Give support a chanceeither by phone or on line chat, both can get you in touch with some smart people.

I'll have to try that out. I'll PM Mary or Matt next chance I get. Since I got my Sling Adapter, the DVR with the adapter is almost always "offline" but can still view live TV. It's very frustrating, hopefully DIRT can sort it out!!

The being offline is a problem that I have had since I installed a sling adapter on a 722K in Dec. There other posts on this site discussing the problem and the DIRT team has reported it. The only fix I have found is to reset the broadband connection using the 722K software. Of course you have to be where the 722k is in order to do that which more or less means you can not watch anything recorded while on the road. Let tech support know you are having a problem. The more people they have with problems should make the issue get some priority.
