Recording off of a dvr 625

Hi Gang! Long time lurker, first time poster. I just purchased a Panasonic DVD recorder and was wondering how to burn a dvd of something I have stored in the dvr. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

On my Panasonic DMR-ES20 I connect the "S" and audio outputs from the DVR to the DVD for best video and audio available and record in 2 hour mode.

Thanks for your response Boba. Actually, I have the same dvd recorder. Can you tell me which input I should select from the recorders menu to make a copy? Thanks.
