What Went Wrong? ADVERTS 1
Had a recent upgrade and changed Legacy LNB’s and SW-64 – to Dishpro:
Current configuration:
Dish 500 – 110 & 119
Dish 500 – 61.5
2 – DP-34

7120
Does 7120 require a legacy adaptor? The unit originally worked immediately after the installation but will no longer recognize the switch or download the guide. Point Dish Screen shows good signals. Multiple switch checks have not worked.

As Steven said, yes it does. The installer should have furnished the adapter OR used a DPP switch.
