Has there been a thread here with other little goodies like this? Some of these things are pretty good to know as an installer. And I am quite sure that all these receivers have a few easter eggs built into them. Would be nice if there was somewhere that kept a updated list.

Can you imagine someone setting up a small UHF broadcast antenna and sending out these commands throughout the neighborhood using every remote control code in the book?

It would be good excuse for Dish when they send new FW what wipe out all your recordings.
