    Yep, did it on my 622 today. Lost signal in bad weather, and this was the only way to get back the picture. Reboot alone doesn't cut it...and signal NEVER comes back by itself after T-Storm.

    My VIP622 is acting like it has a mind of its' own. I can't get the signal up long enough to get to my menu screen to try and fix it. If I were to unplug the unit for an hour or so, will I have a good chance at having the receiver re-setting itself? If not, I'll have to swap it out with over 40 hours of recordings that I truly wanted to see. Thanks.........blackfootj

    ralfyguy................I didn't have a T-storm or anything to make the unit malfunction. In addition to just waiting an hour or so, is there anything else I might consider to get my 622 up and running?
