How To Re-Initialize The Hard Drive on DVR

I had to do this to my 622 today... L446 killed my Hard Drive until I re-initilized... going to archive stuff immediatly if I want to keep until I can trust it again...

Not yet, was too busy working, and this morning it took awhile(many tries) before it would get to the hex screen... now I'll wait and see how it does.

FWIW: I suspect this also clears Favorite lists. I'm guessing they have to in the NVRAM or on the HD. I replaced a HD without losing the favorites so I think they are probably stored in NVRAM.
