LOS app

I purchased the LOS for my IPhone. When tried to use it I get the angle and push the camera and it switches to the camera without the angle. Also while I am in the camera mode I don't get the zoom or the red crossbar. The version I am using is 3.0.1. and the IPhone is a 3G.

Can anyone help me?

I see from your other post that you figured it out that it is currently not possible to overlay anything on top of the camera preview. Hope you still find it useful.

The camera does not have zoom.

I would like to know how if you have angle going with slight movement that you get accurate LOS if you don't have the camera and the angle working together? Without zoom you end up with a pic of your whole yard from the pole. The pic is misleading when you show the end product without explaining the whole process. Maybe someone needs to work on fix so it is user friendly. Make it better.

The prodduct gives you the general idea of where the satellite is in the sky, you have to know what direction the satellite is in.

The new augmented reality program which is coming soon combines the line of sight program with the compass to give you a more accurate look of where your pointing in the sky. The current line of sight program was limited by the hardware and software of the iPhone 3G.
