Can't get dispointer to work on 3G

I just d/led the app and it is not working like it shows on the youtube video. When I point it to the south all it does is show whatever satellite I select. It will not show motion or other satellites. It is just frozen. The if i chose manual compass instead of satellite it just shows 180 degrees and wont move. Need help please!!!

The 3G does not have a compass, so the satellite arc won't move when you move the phone. What you need to do is enter a manual compass heading and point the iPhone in that direction. Then lift it up or down to see the satellites which are exactly in that direction.

I don't know if the app store is setup for refunds, try contacting Apple.

The developers don't get any information on who bought which app, so subsequently they cannot offer a refund. All the developers can do is offer support if you have any issues with the app.
