Bought Dish Pointer, phone reset,now its gone

I bought Dish Pointer and loved it. I had to reset my phone and now the app is gone on my android phone. Is there a way to get it back or do I have to pay $20 again?

Just go the the market with the same google ID it was bought under. Look in "My Apps" and there it is.

I bought the app from the phone which was setup with a google email account that I never used for a year. Now that I dropped Time Warner I use google. I could not remember the email password so I set up a new google email. I tried to replace the old one on the phone but could not, and US Cell had to reset phone to do it. This erased the app. I never purchased from a pc at all. Is the app tied to the old google email or my phone number?

The apps are always tied to the google account (same as on iOS, iTunes account). PM me with your real name (the one under which you purchased the app) and I'll sort it out for you.
