Whats Going on with 4DTV?

For our big dish friends there seems to be some conflicting stories about the future of 4DTV. Natioanl Programming Service says that 4DTV is going away at the end of the year and is trying to get people to sign up for DISH Network, while Motorola and other 4DTV programming providers are saying that 4DTV is not going away. Cablevision Ends Dispute

Good news if you're a Cablevision subscriber, the Food Network and HGTV are now back on Cablevision systems. A deal between Cablevision and Scripps was reached today.

Terrestrial Loophole Closed

Today the FCC eliminated the "terrestrial loophole" that prevented Satellite services from carrying sportscasts and other events that were only available on cable.
