    Before I go out and make my self crazy tweaking the dish I'll wait. I went out for what I thought was a minor adjustment and ended up spending 4 hours just to get back to where I was before. I hope the new satellite is up and running soon

    Ya, the problem with doing an alignment now is your peaking it for wherever it may be drifting. When the new bird comes on line you'll have to peak it again because you didn't set if in the box. That's why I checked my second lnbf on my G-10 /G27 dish on WSTV and its quality was right where I aligned it last summer. Knowing that lnbf being off boresight is a lot more critical and would show ANY changes that may have happened to the dish as per being out of alignment. I'll put my cards on that my dish isn't the reason, it's G-10 once the new bird is lit up, I bet my signal issues go away.

    Well it must be official since my 11720 numbers came up from around 30 Q yesterday to 60-70 this morning (Pansat tight meter). 11800 is about the same 75 Q, Retro Jams is 99 Q. This is with cloud cover and heavy rain headed my way on the radar. I was hoping for 11720 to match 11800. Stiill have to wonder what causes it to be lower? I know PanAmSat will be fine tuning the bird for at least a week, so I guess we may see more improvement or loss. Very glad it's finally done

    Very nice! I'm getting 83 quality on 11720 and 85 quality on 11800 with the Visionsat!

    So is it G18 or G17?

    Congratulations, Gary!

    Exactly my numbers, too, with the VisionSat. My Merc gives me a slightly wider margin on the 80cm dish, but still a vast improvement. Looks good here.

    So, do any of you see an improvement? It's been reported, that the switch has been made. From the other day, I'm now getting better numbers. My new numbers are:
    11720 = 66% solid no jumping
    11800 = 86% solid no jumping
