DVB Viewer - how to add transponder

How do I add a transponder to DVB Viewer? eg. RTN
Their Channel list / Scan convention is really irritating me. Scanning with my PC from a predefined list is too slow. (i'd rather enter the TPs manually)
I tried the editor program, but didn't readily see where the file to edit was located in the file system...
Maybe I'm too tired to mess with this. ( I missed the chalie chat because VLC killed my Windows Media Player.
(installed when installing TS Reader) hence- I couldn't use the slingbox. 
After reinstalling WMP - here I am) 
Somehow I latched on to how to do this without instructions in TS Reader and the DVB World app... Wonder why this is a problem...

do u know where i can get ini files for tranpoders
like the newest ones
i think there was a website that was really good but can remember
also it matters with you card
