Is ION still ITC on 119W?

I see ION is listed on THE LIST but I can't seem to find it on 119W.

I can't seem to raise it or anything for that matter on 119. 65 scrambled channels on FRs 12283, 123111, 12312 and 12399 are I can get. Nothing ITC. I did have NASA for a few days, but then it went south. Any ideas why I can't get any of these ITCs? ION also has a great C Band signal on AMC 1.
